FOR THE HIGH SCHOOL PHOTO CONTEST

1. Eligibility

The Student Photo Contest (“Contest”) is open to high school students (grades 9-12) in the United States, including public, private, and homeschool students.

Participants must be legal residents of the USA.

Each participant may submit up to [X] photos, adhering to the contest guidelines.

Employees, judges, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
2. Submission Guidelines

All photos must be original work created by the contestant.

AI-generated or heavily manipulated images will be disqualified.

By submitting, you agree that your photos may be:

Published on the competition website and promotional materials.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

By entering, you grant the Student Photo Contest a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

Display, publish, and promote your image(s) on the website, social media, and in printed contest materials.

Use your name, likeness, and submitted photo(s) for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

You guarantee that your submission does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyrights or trademarks.
4. Judging & Prizes

Photos will be judged based on creativity, composition, technical skill, and artistic merit.

All judging decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
